MQ135 Gas Sensor – Air Quality Sensor

Description

The MQ135 Gas Sensor module detects gas leakage in home and industry. It is the most used sensor for Domestic and Industrial Air Pollution Detector.

The MQ135 Gas Sensor can detect Ammonia (NH3), Sulfide, Benzene, CO2, Smoke. It can detect the presence of  gases at concentrations from  10 – 300 ppm NH3 Ammonia , 10 – 1000 ppm Benzene, 10 – 300 Alcohol.

This module provides both digital and analog outputs.  MQ135 gas sensor module can be easily interfaced with Microcontrollers, Arduino Boards, Raspberry Pi etc

The MQ series of gas sensors use a small heater inside with an electrochemical sensor. They are sensitive to a range of gasses and are used indoors at room temperature.

Due to its fast response time and high sensitivity, measurements can be taken as soon as possible. The sensor sensitivity can be adjusted by using the potentiometer.
